Along with the recent state-wide re-opening, we will be introducing revised protocols for attendance at Mass. While we are excited to be able to broaden the scope of our liturgies, we will maintain our current guidelines for this, and next, weekend, with the exception being that for those fully vaccinated, face coverings are optional, but no longer required. For those who are not vaccinated, a face covering is still required. Beginning the weekend of July 3-4, the following protocols will be in effect:
All Masses will take place in the church, with the exception of Daily Mass, which will continue to be celebrated in the Hall. The Sunday Masses that have been taking place in the Hall will be eliminated.
Vaccination status will not be checked. The front left-hand side of the church (the Sacred Heart side) will be reserved for those who are unvaccinated (social distancing will be followed). The chairs along both walls will be reserved for those parishioner who are vaccinated, but still wish to maintain social distancing. The remainder of the pews will be available for vaccinated parishioners, but there will be no social distancing in these sections.
The use of hand sanitizer will no longer be required, but is encouraged and will continue to be made available.
Designated entrances and exits will no longer be required.
Communion will continue to be distributed in the hand only and we will still use the current stations that we have been using. The Precious Blood will not be offered.
Collection baskets will continue to be available for your donations by the entrances and exits.
The Adoration Chapel will remain closed until further notice.
Confessions will continue to be heard in our Religious Education classrooms on Saturday afternoons from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
